• Do I need experience in water sports to start wing foiling?
  No, wing foiling is accessible to everyone. Our instructors adapt each session to your level, even if you’re a complete beginner.

• What age is required?
  We generally welcome students from 10 years old, depending on weight and physical condition. For younger kids, contact us and we’ll see what’s possible.

• How long does it take to stand up and start flying?
  On average, 1 to 3 lessons are enough to stand up and glide. It all depends on physical condition and the wind of the day.

• What’s included in the lesson?
  All equipment: wing, board, foil, helmet, impact vest, radio, and guidance from a certified instructor.

• Do I need to bring anything?
  Just a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen (eco-friendly if possible!) and water. We handle the rest.

• Where do the lessons take place?
  Sessions take place on the best spots in Las Terrenas depending on the wind (Punta Popy, El Portillo…). We always choose the safest and most enjoyable location of the day.

• What happens if there’s no wind?
  We’ll contact you in advance to reschedule. No wind = no stress.

• How long is a session?
  Between 1h and 2h depending on the option you choose.

• Can I book in advance?
  Yes — and we highly recommend it! Spots fill up quickly.
  Since we depend on wind conditions, we adjust schedules day by day to guarantee the best possible experience. Booking in advance simply allows us to place you at the ideal time, with the best conditions.

• Do you take photos/videos?
  Yes! During lessons we always try to capture some photos and videos with our phones, mainly for our website and social media — and of course to share these memories with you.
